and
बौद्धिक निर्णय कोश — IP Decisions Compendium
The resources bring together IP judicial developments across:
- Patents
- Trade Marks
- Copyright
- Designs
- Geographical Indications
The IP LEX provides periodic updates on significant developments, while the Decisions Compendium provides a consolidated collection of IP decisions, including those from 2025 and 2026.
For patent agents, IP attorneys, researchers, in-house counsel, academics and innovators, structured access to jurisprudence can significantly improve the efficiency of preliminary case-law research.
The bigger opportunity is the creation of a stronger IP knowledge infrastructure in India.
